wow.
i haven't posted in a while >.<.
the last few days i've found myself really questioning my motives in a certain situation. fighting the positives with the negatives and coming to a draw. having some of the negatives be huge influences in my life and the same with some of the positives.
but something happened today. something that caught me by complete and utter suprise. to do with a person/people. well of course, everything has something to do with someone. and it has just made me so happy. like this thing i have thought about happening briefly in the past but then pushing it away due to the fact that i thought it would be a pretty rare happening.
but it happened today, and i'm glad it did. opened up my eyes to the fact that you can't make things happen, they just do happen. and alot of the time it's when you least expect it. but i can tell you now, hvaing it happen when you least expect it feels so much greater than pushing it and expecting it.
:D happy face

rambles and such.
bad situations.
there are three ways of dealing with them.
you can be given the lemon, have a hissy fit and get all upset because you werent given strawberries.
you can take the lemon and make lemonade, making a bad situation a good one.
or you can take the lemon and whip out the tequilla and salt. temporarily removing memory of the bad and replacing it with warm fuzzies. only to wake up with alot less than warm fuzzies.
i have approached bad situations all three of these ways. sometimes i've learnt, other times i haven't. i think it also depends on who? what? when? where? why? how? these can factor big time into how you choose to handle what's thrown at you. or in some cases.. what you've created.
sometimes lemonade isn't the answer, but nor is getting shitty or tequilla. sometimes a situation is irreversible and un-fixable. where do we go from here?
if you try go backwards you'll trip over. going forward, you might still trip over but at least you are able to see where your going and hopefully avoid those 'bad situations' that you met previously.
