today i saw an advert for quitline offering to post out free patches and gum so i thought 'hey, why not!'
after filling out my details i recieved a confirmation email stating that i have taken a good step towards a better future and that my quit pack would arrive in roughly 7 working days.
in the mean time i think its only fair i finish the ciggarettes i have already spent my hard earnt money on.
